  1. I’m having trouble printing the extended version in Portrait. It puts it all in the center of the page. Is this something you can change on your end?

    • Hi Alisha, I just double checked with a test print and it came out correctly. My guess is one of your settings are off. Maybe check paper size, margins, and the setting to “fit” or use “actual size” and make sure those are all correct and try again.
