In this Holding Hands Around the World Guess Who Game you’ll try to guess which of the children are secretly singing with you during Primary! Use clues to eliminate or narrow down the different children until you can find the correct one!
This will be such a fun way to review Holding Hands Around the World (archives) as part of the songs suggested to be taught for the New Testament Primary Year songs!

Holding Hands Around the World Guess Who Game
Sing through Holding Hands Around the World with this flip chart once, before beginning this game.
Put picture cards of the children up on the board. Tell your Primary children that there are Primary children all around the world that are singing in Primary today, just like them! Let’s play a game of Guess Who together to see if we can figure out which of our friends here are secretly singing with us, using simple questions to figure out who!

Sing through the song again and invite the children to sing out and participate to get to pick a question to ask!
Randomly and secretly select a child card. Use the question prompts, or any questions the children can think of, to figure out who your secret singing child is from the choices. They will as a question, such as is your person wearing a green shirt.

If the answer is yes, you’ll eliminate everyone that is not wearing a green shirt. If the answer is no, you’ll eliminate the two children wearing green tops. Continue with questions until they guess the child!
Continue to sing through the song with a new child card to try to guess.

Extension Activities:
- Write or print out ways to sing cards and put them below the picture cards of the children. When you find the child that was randomly selected from your question and answer clues find out what way to sing you’ll use that is hidden behind their picture! You can also do this with different song titles for a big song review!
- Print out a 1-page guess who board for each of the children. Pass out bingo chips, pennies, skittles, or another item to cover up the children that are not the match. Let everyone play along with you as different questions are asked as they cover the children based on the answers to different questions.

- You can fill in the guess who board with your own selection of children’s names. You might use names from those in your Primary, or simply customize the names. You can even use the black and white versions and invite the children to each color in one child’s portrait and choose a name for them. Then, put them up on the board and play the game with your custom portraits!
