Are you looking for a fun themed way to sing through some patriotic songs for the 4th of July or any other patriotic holiday? You’ll love this activity with cute 4th of July Symbols of Freedom illustrations with cards to draw to pick which song to sing next.

4th of July Symbols of Freedom
How to Play:
Pick one of these two activities – match each card to a song from the Children’s Songbook or to a fun matching action with your songs of choice!
Shuffle the cards into a bowl or display them on a table. Let a child come up and pick a card. Flip the card over to the back to see which song to sing or action to use!

Continue to pick a new card and a new matching song or activity! You can optionally let them pick from all the options each time (allow repeats) or add the ones that you’ve done up to the board and pick a new card each time.
Symbols of Freedom & Patriotic Songs:
Write your choice of song on the back of each matching symbol. Here’s some Patriotic song ideas you could include! Or, pick your own mix of songs for Program review.
