It’s ready, the My Heavenly Father Loves Me Flip Chart is done and ready to download. The My Heavenly Father Loves Me Primary song holds a special place in my heart!
I sang this song with one of my family members at my own baptism! What a sweet song to teach the Primary children about recognizing all the blessings from a loving Heavenly Father.
My Heavenly Father Loves Me Flip Chart
The My Heavenly Father Loves Me flip chart has 4 pages – 2 pages for each verse. There is just so much imagery to this song that it’s hard not to include a bunch of pictures to represent the words in this song.
I plan to teach both verses for this song, so I will just print out all 4 pages.
My Heavenly Father Loves Me Lyrics
Whenever I hear the song of a bird
Or look at the blue, blue sky.
Whenever I feel the rain on my face
Or the wind as it rushes by.
Whenever I touch a velvet rose
Or walk by our lilac tree.
I’m glad that I live in this beautiful world
Heav’nly Father created for me.
He gave me my eyes that I might see
The color of butterfly wings.
He gave me my ears that I might hear
The magical sound of things.
He gave me my life, my mind, my heart:
I thank him rev’rently
For all his creations of which I’m a part.
Yes, I know Heav’nly Father loves me.

Primary Program Flip Chart Printable
I use a plain text-only flip chart with a different format for the Primary program presentation. I print two copies and slip the pages into sheet protectors so that every turn of the page moves to the next verse or song. The second copy faces up so I can follow along, as needed.
This format lets me use the largest text possible and it’s there as a backup for kids that don’t attend regularly enough to know the words. It also helps the kids keep their eyes on me! See how to make a Primary Program lyrics book!
I then just lay a binder over the edge of my music stand and raise up the stand so the words are visible and flip along through the song. No big silly posters required! Grab a copy of My Heavenly Father Loves Me Primary Program Flip Chart.
