Sing through I Lived in Heaven with this flip chart once, before introducing the storybook.

Share with the children that you want to share this song with them in a unique way today. Pull up a chair and invite the children to huddle around you on the floor or scoot their chairs in close to be able to see as you share a story with them.

Extension Activities:

• Create a ½ page folded storybook by printing the half page printable option after the page divider and follow the print descriptions. You’ll want the front cover to feature the little girl sitting on a cloud.
• Invite the children to help you illustrate your own custom storybook instead! Use the blank template and have the children help you draw a picture of each line of the song as you sing through the song. Then share the storybook and illustrations!
• Post all of the storybook pages or cards up on the board out of order. Invite a child to come and rearrange the pictures as you sing. When they are all in the correct order, then read the pages aloud like a storybook together. You can also invite a
  1-3 children to come and be your storytellers.
