Today, I’ve got a fun When I Am Baptized Rhythm Sticks review activity.
With this song being one the kids know from the year before, it lets us have a lot of fun playing games and reviewing the message and words as we get ready for the program this year.

With this activity, I’ll start them out as usual reviewing it once before we start an activity, then demonstrating the pattern, before passing out the rhythm sticks and letting them try out the pattern.
You’ll want a set (or probably 2) of rhythm sticks. Keep in mind that for most activities the kids will have 2 rhythm sticks each.
I’m all for getting enough for just half the Primary, though. Taking turns and switching with a partner let’s us practice the song twice as much, without it feeling like a chore!
