How to Play:
Scramble the lyric cards and post them up on the board face down.

Sometimes we have questions about what our purpose is or what we should be doing with our time here on Earth. In this song, we learn some of the ways a loving Heavenly Father answers our questions and gives us guidance.
Pick a volunteer to come up front to try to make a match. They’ll pick 2 cards, and if they match, keep them face up and sing through the song!
Continue singing through the song and then finding a new matching set. After all matches are revealed, rearrange the grid in the correct song order.
Alternate He Sent His Son Questions and Answers Match Ideas
Picture Match: Add the 5 photo cards as well, and then arrange all 15 cards face down. Flip over 3 per round looking for a 3-way match! Example pictures: nativity, Savior walking among his people, a picture of the crucifixion or resurrection, picture of a child reading scriptures, picture of the Savior with a child.
Hide & Seek: Hide the questions and answers around the room. Have the children find and collect all the cards around the room while you sing through the song.
Freeze & Match: Hand out the cards randomly to the children. Start to sing through the song. At the end of the first 2 lines, freeze. Ask the children to raise their hand if they think they have the match! Have the correct matches come up front. Start from the beginning and sing the song and freeze after the next set of lines to find the matches. Continue through the whole song until you’ve found all the matches.
Learn the Song Skip Singing: Put all the cards upside down, and have the children randomly select 2 cards to flip over. Sing only the words that are flipped face up.
Review the Song Skip Singing: Start with all the cards face up and sing through the song. Flip 1-2 cards face down. Continue singing through with the kids singing the flipped over lines without music leader help!
